Project Information

Balaji Enterprise partnered with Solar Ace Energy to adopt clean and cost-efficient power through the installation of a 75 kW industrial solar system at their facility in Vadaswami, Kalol. Completed in February 2025, this project was designed to reduce dependency on grid electricity, lower monthly operational costs, and support long-term sustainability targets.

Scope of Project

  • Clean Energy Output:
This 75 kW solar power system delivers approximately 105,000–115,000 units of clean energy annually, efficiently powering Balaji Enterprise’s core industrial operations including machinery, HVAC systems, lighting, and administrative infrastructure.

  • Significant Cost Savings:
With the new solar system in place, Balaji Enterprise saves ₹7–₹9 lakhs annually in electricity expenses—allowing the business to redirect operational savings toward capacity expansion and process improvements.

  • Carbon Offset:
The installation offsets nearly 90–95 metric tons of CO₂ emissions every year, equivalent to planting 380+ trees or removing 15–18 cars from the road—supporting the company’s sustainability and ESG goals.

  • High Efficiency & Uptime:
Equipped with Tier-1 solar modules and robust string inverters, the system consistently delivers strong generation performance with minimal downtime (<1%), ensuring stable power availability for industrial loads.
