Job Description:
Solar Ace is looking for a meticulous and proactive Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process for solar EPC projects (Industrial, Commercial, and Government). The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical & commercial bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission while complying with tender specifications and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification & Analysis: Search and track tenders (GeM, CPPP, E-Procurement, DISCOM) and review eligibility, scope, and technical/commercial requirements.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare BOQ, compliance documents, declarations, and required formats while coordinating with internal teams for certifications, data, and pricing.
- Bid Submission & Compliance: Manage accurate documentation, EMD/tender fees, digital signature usage, and ensure error-free online/offline submission before deadlines.
- Technical & Commercial Clarifications: Communicate with tender authorities for pre-bid clarifications, track corrigendum updates, and revise offers accordingly.
- Post-Bid Follow-Up & Reporting: Track post-bid evaluation (technical, financial), LOA/LOI status, negotiations, and maintain MIS for submissions, outcomes, and analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience in Tendering / Documentation in Solar or Electrical EPC industry.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Solar PV components, BOQ, electrical items, and EPC workflow.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in MS Office & tender portals, strong communication/documentation skills, and capable of analyzing terms & conditions to prepare compliance documents.
Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- Certification/experience in Solar/EPC tendering is an advantage.
