Job Description:
Solar Ace is seeking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in Managing Leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring Smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers based on provided lists or leads.
- Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education :
Any Bachelors or Graduation Degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
