Job Description:
Solar Ace is seeking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in Managing Leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring Smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to sales support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers based on provided lists or leads.
  • Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education :
Any Bachelors or Graduation Degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
