Job Description:
Solar Ace is seeking a Tele Sales Executive to support our Sales team in Managing Leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring Smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers based on provided lists or leads.
- Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education :
Any Bachelor’s or Graduation Degree with 1 to 2 years of experience as a Tele Sales Executive
