Job Description:
Solar Ace is looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, planning, communication, and executing sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solar solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and quotes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the benefits of solar solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and maintaining post-sales relationships.
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry, including products, technology, and government incentives.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Ready for Travel/Field Work
- Basic technical understanding of solar systems and their components is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience in solar sales may also apply.
