Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated B2C Sales Executive to drive residential sales across Gujarat. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting homeowners to adopt solar rooftop systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, cold calling, and residential networking.
- Meet homeowners across various locations in Gujarat to explain solar solutions and understand energy requirements.
- Conduct basic site surveys and coordinate with the design/technical team for accurate proposals.
- Provide quotations, follow up with prospective customers, handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintain enquiry logs, daily activity reports, and MIS updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure end-to-end satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fresher–2 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness for extensive fieldwork across Gujarat.
- Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training provided).
- Two-wheeler & License required.
