Bluebird Co-Op Housing Society Ltd partnered with Solar Ace Energy to reduce common-area electricity expenses and adopt sustainable energy solutions through the installation of a 30 kW residential solar system at their society premises in Ahmedabad. Commissioned in June 2024, the project was designed to power common facilities while minimizing dependency on grid electricity.

Scope of Project

Clean Energy Output:
The 30 kW solar plant generates approximately 42,000–45,000 units of clean electricity annually, supplying power to common-area lighting, water pumps, elevators, security systems, and shared electrical infrastructure.
Significant Cost Savings:
With solar power in operation, the housing society saves ₹2.5–₹3.5 lakhs annually in electricity costs—resulting in reduced maintenance expenses and long-term financial benefits for residents.
Carbon Offset:
The installation offsets 28–30 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year, equivalent to planting 120+ trees or removing 5–6 cars from the road—contributing to a greener residential environment.
High Efficiency & Uptime:
Installed with Tier-1 high-efficiency solar modules and reliable inverters, the system delivers over 99% uptime, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for common-area services.
