Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Engineer to support solar project execution, site operations, and technical coordination. The role involves assisting in surveys, installation oversight, documentation, and ensuring smooth project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks for solar projects.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate execution.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily/weekly progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines at every stage of the project.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of solar industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of installation tools, electrical systems, and site execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to handle on-site challenges.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
