Job Description:
Solar Ace is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Liasoning Executive to manage government, DISCOM, GEDA, and statutory approvals required for solar project execution. The role involves coordinating with authorities, preparing compliance documents, and ensuring smooth processing of solar project approvals from registration to net-metering & commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate with DISCOM, GEDA, EI, Municipal bodies, and statutory departments for project approvals and net metering.
  • Application Processing: Submit applications, follow up regularly, and ensure timely approvals for Net Metering, CEIG/EI, and project commissioning.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and maintain all regulatory documents, forms, letters, and compliance reports.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of sanctions, approvals, correspondence, and status logs.
  • Project Support: Assist project teams during inspections and ensure sites are prepared for DISCOM/EI visits.
  • Inspection Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits with authorities and ensure compliance readiness.
  • Policy Awareness: Stay updated on solar policies, net metering rules, subsidy norms, and regulatory changes.
  • Advisory Support: Communicate policy updates to internal teams and provide guidance on regulatory implications.
  • Issue Resolution: Track application status and ensure timely closure of pending approvals or queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in solar Liasoning, Net metering approvals, DISCOM/EI coordination.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of solar project approval processes, state solar policies, and government procedures.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in handling regulatory forms, letters, and compliance documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills for coordination with departments and clients.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel to government offices and project sites when required.

Education:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or related fields.
  • Candidates with prior DISCOM/EI liasoning experience preferred.
